Schumak’s Reciprocating Air Compressors, Hydraulic Lift and Grease Pump are carefully designed to suit the applications of all the modern industries, Garages etc. Each and every component undergoes stringent quality inspection at every stage of manufacturing. The production process is as mentioned below:

 

 

Technology/Product Specifications:

PRODUCT 1: hYDRAULIC LIFT

Hydraulic Lift (Two post mechanical jack) is designed to lift all types of cars to a comfortable height of 5.75 feet for   any under chassis work with Wheel-Free condition. This product is powered by 4 HP high torque motor and movement is transmitted from one column to another by means of a transmission chain. The screw threads are formed by special threading process which gives smooth operation and long life for the nuts.

Salient Features

The Carriage arm size is such that the door can be fully opened without any obstruction. The carriage is sliding in the column with UHDPE Guides which has high wear resistance to take care of the vehicle at the time of unbalanced lifting. Arms are carefully designed as telescopic type to reach the loading points of any types of car. Screws and nuts are protected from dust by metallic cover.

Safety Features

The jack is incorporated with electrical limit switches for Main-nut failure, Chain cut-off   and Ascent and Decent Limits.

Product 3: INDUSTRIAL GREASE PUMPS

Schumak Grease Pumps are available in Air-operated and Hand-operated models with different capacities. Pneumatic Grease Pumps are available in 50 Kgs and 25 Kgs capacity Drums. They are portable, trolley type  and having 2.2 Mtrs. Length Wire Braided High Pressure Hose and Gun Assembly. Out-put of the pump is approximately 500 Grams/Minute. Air operated pumps are working with a pressure ratio of 50:1 .They are mounted on a trolley with heavy duty Nylon wheels for easy mobility. The grease drums and trolleys are powder coated and Grease Guns are made of HF-30 Aluminum Forging. The Hand Operated pumps also mounted on a portable trolley with wheels and drums with trolleys are powder coated for long life.

 All the grease pumps are provided with pressure plate for smooth and continuous operation
