Manufacturing Plant For Environmental Simulation Test Chambers

Technology Description

Climatic Test Chamber

Climatic conditions such as temperature from - 80 deg C to 200 deg C and humidity from 5% RH to 98% RH can be simulated with very high accuracy and stability. These levels of precise conditions can be achieved with a state of the art touch screen based controller with features like online diagnostics via Tele-port, fault analysis, bi-directional interface and even test result through SMS facility on your mobile.

Thermal Shock Chamber

The extreme simulation of temperature is conducted in two or three zones of hot and cold that can be controlled independently. The single basket product carrier moves up and down, from one zone to other, subjecting the product to dramatic changes in temperature thus creating a temperature shock and thereby detecting specimen flaws. The test chamber is designed to two chamber (horizontal/vertical) or three chamber models for temperature range from -70 to 200 deg C with a transition period from 5 to 30 seconds.

Other simulation tests available are Corrosion test chamber, Dust test chamber, Altitude chamber, Rain test chamber and Tray dryer.
